I know the goal is weightloss, but it helped me to start focusing on being healthy. A healthy snack vs junk, a walk instead of watching tv. Same results, but if I focus on the weight it’s discouraging. I cut calories too fat and get obsessive. It’s got to be something you can do forever even if there is no loss so it stays off. You’ve got a lot of people on the journey with you! You’ve got this!
