Trying to not get discouraged, Ive started a new job so now i work 2 jobs and I been kickboxing 4 nights a week so Im much more active and yet have gained 2 lbs...I know the whole muscle weighs more than fat speech but I should def be losing not gaining. I 187 last journal entry and im 185 now so i guess its techniquelly a loss but i was 184 and 183 my last 2 official weigh ins, I want to be in the 170s so badly!!! Tomorrow will be officially 2 weeks since i started kickboxing so we'll see maybe its just taking time to adjust and will come off, I know when i did weight watchers some weeks id do so good and lose nothing but the following week it would show on the scale. Any words of encouragement or advice are greatly appreciated.

Just stick with your plan, sometimes it does take a week or two for your body to re-adjust to different diet/exercise routines. I have been stalled myself for a couple weeks but I am hanging in there. I have been stalled or even gained before and then all of a sudden I will drop several pounds. You are doing so well, especially with your kick boxing! It is great when you find the type of workout that you actually enjoy doing! Just stay on target diet-wise and I am sure you will start losing again soon.
