Happy Hump Day! ...and a SUNNY one here at that!! Another busy day today in store for me and then to top it off a dentist appointment at 4:20. OUCH! Just a cleaning but I know I have a tooth with a slight crack in it that my doc has been bugging me to get fixed for the past year, he will probably bug me again today about it, just not feeling like plunking down about $600 for what the crappy dental insurance doesn't cover for the crown. Will have to bite the bullet sooner or later this summer. Still no scale movement this morning, gonna clean up the food for the last two weeks of the month to see what I can do before month end. Gotta get off the sugar, should never have made those cupcakes last weekend for DH, but good news is I have logged each one that I have eaten. Running at a pretty decent deficit per day so will wait it out. Patience is a virtue!! Have a sparkling day everyone!

I'm so glad you've finally got some sunshine up there! Hopefully you'll have a good day at the office and not worry about the dentist until you get there. I need to get to the dentist badly. But I have been in so long that I know it won't be good. So it is not at the top of my priorities right now.

Hope your appointments went well. I don't like dentist either and certainly not the fees they charge. I know you will get that scale moving again. Your determined!!!!! Hope your having a great evening and yeah for the sunshine.:)
