Major physical accomplishment achievement tonight!!!! I got on the floor and was able to get back up by myself. Granted it was on the third try and had to have help of a step stool and a pillow under my bad knee but I did it. Steve and Debra were there cheering me on. Just a year and a half ago when we moved here there was no way I could. It isn't my weight that made it hard it was my knee.
