Let my weigh-in be reminder to all you premenopausal people out there: don't expect miracles this week. Just keep drinking water and eating food that's good for your body. And don't let your hormones stop you from recording your food like I did! I stayed pretty much on plan, but who knows how much I've been eating - if I know myself, probably too little. Ah well. New week, clean slate, etc!
