So a little disocuraged when i saw the scale this morning but 187 looks worse than it really is i guess its only 3 lbs and weight does fluctuate i shouldnt look everyday I need to hide the scale so i only look once a week. I been doing good with eating and ive been much more active so im hoping I see a decent loss on my weigh in day this week including those 3 weekend lbs that snuck up on me.

You've been working out A LOT. You may have gained a pound or two of muscle, which would be good! Muscle weighs more than fat and your metabolism will burn faster the more muscle you have. Don't trust that scale too much,if you are smaller around that is all that matters.
