hardcore! I just can't. liver and kidney...nope.. Best I can do is heart. 

Totally understand where u coming from as I never been a meat person , but if you want muscles 💪🏻, it’s all about protein and the real nutrients from real , unpressed food. I do mine in the air fryer , tastes like a butter that melts away on yr tongue👌🏻. Heart is very good too 😋.  

It all depends how you prepare it and cook it 👌🏻.  

I love liver only tend to have it during the colder months tho and not that often as my better half h8s it xx 

I never had so much energy and became addicted to lifting until I introduced meat organs. It gives me unbelievable energy and strength and all I wanna do is to lift !!! I want to convert my living room in to a gym 😬🫣🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
