Diario de nosequepongo, 01 sep. 22

Yesterday I ate really badly. I'm exhausted and stressed and want to cry. I ate chips and cookies and skipped lunch altogether. I've been drinking way too much artificially flavored water and almost zero plain water. I don't know why I stopped the water intake but I just did. I need to get back on track but honestly I'm too tired. I want this move to be over and everything unpacked and in its place. I won't be able to think straight until then.

Karen is right. Give yourself the understanding and grace you would give a friend. Make sure you take a few minutes to recharge with some protein and fruit. Also a hug for your little person, It will give you the energy you need to keep going. The rest will come in time. Prayers for strength.

Hang in there Nosequepongo it will be okay just take one day at a time, no stressing, start with 1 thing at a time try to trade the chips for popcorn or the cookies for a piece of dark chocolate, or a healthy fruit bowl.

Thank you, Karen and Slyone <3 I'll try to give myself a break and not hate myself for things I can't return and fix anyway. Thank you Buenita, I'll learn to stop the urges to buy bad stuff and get to my healthy snacks instead. Tnscott, oh, it sucks big time HCB, you're the best Lonezombie, thank you!!!

Don’t let one day of bad choices discourage you. Just get back at it. It is sad for one day to cause you to gain. You can do this keep going and know tomorrow is a new day.

I know what you mean: I brought Nutter Butter cookies, tried to make myself drink water with a lemon slice instead of diet colas with no luck and my housekeeper keeps offering me the chips! Fortunately I have been maintaining the same weight for a while so I'm not that upset about it since I already lost nearly 80 pounds. Give yourself a little time to calm down and get back on track at your own pace. Make a list of desserts that are lower in cals for example, and try the fresh fruit in ice water. it's worth a try. Hope this helps.
