I used to check my weight only once a week because that's what "they" always told us was the right way. Now just like checking my blood sugar level, I like getting on that scale, good or not so good. I have to admit, I do like it when it's good. 😊

I weigh daily and it can fluctuate 3-5 # but I am constantly 3x a week hit 130-131 so that is what I go by.
