Diario de oxdrover, 09 jun. 11

FBS 110 wt 190 nude, no edema, slept 8 hours, no wake ups, slept in back brace and back feels better today but muscles still sore. Could use a nap but won't take one, trying to get my sleep times 12-8 back in line so need to hold off on the naps. I'm getting back to feeling normal after 3 nights of having the apnea machine on again. Mind not so foggy and don't feel so mentally out there. Or quite so tired.

Chol results came back 155 LDL, 44 HDL and 213 total, previous one drawn was 2007 130 LDL so not sure why it is so high now. Told Penny I would start on the medication.
