wooooof. I gained a pound this morning, but I really needed a nice big breakfast on the "relax" weekemd. We'll see what happens! ( lol this is more than a 3rd of my daily intake!)

My brother in law says eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a commoner, and dinner like a pauper. 🤪. I tend to eat most of my calories at lunch.
