So after losing over 3kg the other week I think due to a new program with my person-trainer, I put it alllll back on again, minus 400g, and have been trying to lose it again.
Even after I accepted that it is healthier (doctor advised) to not lose more than 300-400g a week, I was still bloody excited about losing that 3kg - but really, if it was that easy, losing weight would be far less daunting, and I'd be back to a healthy weight already.
