I went to nutritionist today.( this picture was take a couple days ago) I am pleased. I went up the most in my bicep, 1/2" . I went up 1/4" on thighs, and best of all, stomach was 28.6"! Im starting to see the cut in my shouldersand arms again. Feels great

Bearnoggin, thanks! I love working out but I will say that in trying to get optimal results it takes a lot of work...some days I just want to not think about what I eat....my mom is not doing well so yesterday I had a bad food day...oh well.. Tomorrow is weigh day and we shall see if I can recover..💜💜💜

I know what you mean. There's no way I could maintain without CICO. I'm sure once in awhile a break is ok, but when you're trying to see certain cuts or it probably helps to dial it in more precisely. I'm sorry to hear your Mom is still having difficulties. You guys are always in my prayers.
