One thing that might help is keeping veggies on hand, they are good to snack on, they give you healthy energy, they fill you up, and they are natural. In general, diet pills don't work. I remember those days, I was soo tired all of the time and chasing a 2 yr old in addition killed me. I used to go hang out at the park with friends and go for walks with the kids, it helped me feel less alone to be with other moms, walks helped my energy actually too. Good luck and hang in there, you will make it.
