My back has been so bad the last few days. The only relief I get is from yoga. Every morning I have been waking up at 5:30am and I do my yoga. Except the weekends, I just do my yoga when I wake up. Today I kicked it up a notch and went beyond my normal stretches. I also have my new yoga ball chair in my office. I am still in pain, but it’s getting better. I just remind myself of how much better I feel and that helps me stay very motivated. Living in chronic pain is not fun and I have been fighting this for 4 years now. I think I am finally getting results 🥰 Feel blessed and refreshed 💞
