Diario de kimjinxie, 17 feb. 15

OMG! 16 pounds gained in about 11 months. This is unacceptable. I have been busy with school and work (both full time), but it is no excuse. I have to find more time to exercise and eat less.

I have restarted my fitness routine again, but I have been eating too much. Time to start logging what I eat again and get back on track. I have an 8k race this weekend and I have been walking 12 min miles. Went on a 14 mile walk/jog this past Sunday. Time to kick my butt back in gear.

I have fitness class tonight and the twice a week class has helped me get motivated again.

I hope all of my buddies have been doing well.

If you want to up your pace, there are free fitness podcasts on iTunes from motiontraxx that gives you music sorted by beats per minute. It helped me break the 10 minute mile I was stuck in for awhile. It's funny how much your music makes a difference. Good luck!

Hey there! It sounds like you are still a "walking machine" though with a 14 mile walk/jog last week!! You KNOW you can know those few pounds off again...I am with ya!
