Why oh why does pizza have so many calories???? I had a treat of 105 grams of spinach pizza and clocked up over 900 calories for two small pieces thus ruining my weekly average. It is not fair.

i guess, 900 calories foe 2 small pieces is too much calculated. i had also Pizza at monday, 3 pieces, and and found a calculation for this with 850 total calories for the three pieces

I checked the box three times and actually weighed my pizza pieces as I thought there had to be a mistake. Nope it just has a lot of cheese on it I guess.

Homemade pizza is a winner, you can really keep the calories down, I eat half a vegie, ham and feta pizza at under 500c 😋

After seeing how many calories & carbs in shop purchased or ordered pizzas per slice! I've taken to making my own. I wanted treats too. I experimented with different pizza bases ie wrap/flat bread, cauliflower base, and asstd toppings. Doing it this way, I stay under the 400cal and get to eat the whole pizza!!! Not much cheese is needed to enjoy a flavoursome pizza, 25 to 50gms is all you need for a whole pizza. Try a vegetable thickly sliced as a pizza base substitute, ie Eggplant; Zucchini; dinner plate sized mushroom; tomato. Add herbs too. Experiment and enjoy. post pics of your pizza creations.

Great ideas everyone. A home made pizza on a flat bread with low fat cheese and veggies may be the best option. Thanks for the suggestions.

Anything with lots of oil will be insanely calories dense, pizza, fast food, anything fried etc. it sucks because we don’t feel full or draw energy from the oils but they still add insane calories

This morning i just ate a very small small choc muffin, and i found that little muffin has 360 calories🤣😂😂Life is hard, keeping fit is much more harder!!!
