Not as high a number as I would have hoped, but for only exercising 2 days this week and being a complete slug the rest of the time, that ain't half bad!
Even though I'm going away this weekend, the big goal is to at least exercise befor I leave (Thursday) and get into it Monday and Tuesday when I get back.
Maybe I'll have some time to walk around a bit while I'm away.
