May I ask it's price and where you bought it? 

I purchased from takealot, they usually have sales! Check the protein bar as well. It’s really divine. 

I've seen the bars at Spar but if memory serves me it's like over R30 each 😲 

@Mandyduplessis, I know they stock the protein shakes and protein bars at Dis-chem. It's pretty expensive, so I buy it as a treat on a monthly basis 😂 but the shakes are about 45 bucks per bottle. I think as soon as Grenade launches actual protein powder in SA it will work out cheaper, but their pre-mixed protein shakes (and their protein bar) flavours cannot be beaten (in my humble opinion 😜) 

@Tamnaidoo, I know right? Their protein bars are just as yummy!

I'm thinking for that cost ..make my own chocolates flavored protein powder with whey and cocoa. just add to Juice or milk.
