So ive officially hit 30lbs lost since January and im so happy! Its funny how different your perception is with age. Last time i weighed 183 i thought i was the fatest thing ever and so misreable now here i am at 183 and thinking i look amazing and happy! I took my first kickboxing class last night andi it kicke dmy butt i didnt realize how out of shape i really am even the jumping jax were tough lol but i signed up to keep coming and im gonna try to go a few nights a weeks. For the first time in a long time im very happy with myself and proud of how much ive worked to get this weight off and how much more im gonna go to hit my ultimate goal and stay fit and healthy!

Congrats! keep up the good work! Just a twenty minute work out can make you feel so much better about yourself, huh? I can't even do ten pushups anymore! I signed up for the 100pushups/100situps and barely made 30situps and held the plank because I couldn't pushup! small steps...
