The scale nudged down slightly today (0.2 pounds), but I'm going to wait until tomorrow or the next day to do a FS weigh in. I'm wearing my fitbit today, which is kind of fun. Turns out my morning dog walk is about 3,000 steps! In other news, my headaches are gone now and I think my body is adjusting to a lower carb diet. I'm very happy about this! The headaches were making me super grouchy. Progress!

Oh, I meant to include that I'm generally following the south beach principles, but will have a little bit of fruit occasionally. I haven't had any bread or baked goods or anything like that since I started up here again. That has only been 5 days, but still.
