Diario de Llanitoexp, 29 jun. 09

I'm just bouncing around the 170 lb to 175lb mark. I really want to get below my target weight so I've got some leeway when I get lazy. I had a really bad month or so, but I'm back, not to the same level of obsession I had before, but back on track. I'm aiming for three visits to the gym each week and keeping everything in check over the weekend less meals out, maybe lose a pound a week for three weeks befor emy trip back to UK. That would be good, get me back to 168 or maybe less, and start getting the fat percentage down, it seems to have crept up again to 19%. I was not happy when I saw that!

This site is very good. I know if I didn't get that annoying reminder every week when I've been lazy I would have let this slip ages ago!
