So here I am again, trying to watch what I put in my mouth. Yesterday not so good for me, today much better. I even got in some much need exercise today which I haven't done in months. We'll see what tomorrow brings. I'm not gonna weigh in until next week because I want to watch for a full week before I do, with the holiday this week I was already doomed. Its gonna be a stessful rest of the week, which is my downfall, I almost feel justified in giving up and saying who gives a shit, well if I don't give a shit no one else will. I'll keep you posted.
