my log for fab abs for summr

22 june ...25 mins cardio (30 day shred level 1).... abs- 0 mins
23 june ... 20 mins brisk walk.. abs- 0 mins
24 june ... no exercise
25 june ... 30 mins brisk walking... abs - 0 mins
26 june 10 mins jogging abs - 0 mins
27 june 25 mins cardio (shred level 1) abs - 5 mins pilates....
omi god tried pilates for the first time... its way tougher than i thought ....could do only 5 mins of it....properly... will increase the time as I progress...

I know am not able to put the min required amount of cardio ....i know .... am working on it
