Today was a much better day, both food wise and exercise wise. I started the morning with a brisk walk on the treadmill and felt great afterwards.I decided to keep myself busy preparing food rather than eating it and made myself some delicious home made soup, with carrot, courgette, tomato and onion with garlic, pepper and herbs to flavour. I also added some kidney beans to make sure i got my protein. As I made it, I know exactly what went into it and felt much more at ease with the fat content. I'll definitely make that again because it was very low in fat and calories, but the kidney beans kept me full up. I also baked a delicious loaf of peanut butter and banana bread, which was just so yum, though I may have overindulged a little, but hey, it's a start!
