Well Last week was shit for me... but on the plus side, it's a brand new week... I'm optimistic about this week :) new diet plan, new challenges starting today :) wish me luck:) and oh feel free to add me as a friend

It looks like you've got your RDI set pretty low. Maybe you could bring it up to 2000 for a bit. It'll make things easier after you've been losing weight for a while and possibly hit a plateu. Then you can change things up without starving yourself. :)
