Diario de loosinisfun, 25 jun. 09

goooooood mornin...ewwwww...wakin up to 79..not sure what the heat index is...just want to roll over an go bck to sleep...but gettin ready to head out for a morning walk...RAIN !!!...yes rain is movin in again this morning...heat wave is suppose to go thru saturday then not sure if its gonna cool down or just add on...one good thing about the heat..you dont feel like eatin alot when its this hot...well...its a short one..but i need to get up an movin...want to get my morning walk over with so i can come home an cool bck off...shirt was soaked yesterday morning an it was a cooler morning...gonna carry a bottle of water with me today..to help me get thru the hour walk...have a great day an keep that body cool...........

just got back from a morning walk...shewww...was pretty humid..but i made the effort an got some exercise in for the morning...lost 2 pounds just from sweating...no...but did lose 2 pounds from what i weighed when i got up...but once i start drinkin the water again..il gain that back..darn it...
