Diario de lynnerobb, 29 ene. 15

Having a horrid diet week this week. I got some bad news from my mom, my uncle is in the hospital with congestive heart failure. I don't have a lot of family, and have always been very close with this particular uncle. I hate to say it, but I eat when I am upset or stressed and, well, It has been practically a buffet of grazing here lately. *sigh* I need better coping strategies. I'll have to woman up and ask my therapist next time I go in to see if he has any suggestions.

journaling or doing what you are doing now helps... also writing how hungry you are everytime you think about it.. this will make you realize the hunger vs. emtional
