I’m super envious that you’ve managed to avoid loose skin. After being a size 22 even at a size 6, I always have a stomach that tells my story ☹️ 

Thanks for the kind words y'all. Just trying to maintain while still enjoying life and all that it has offer, which includes the food, drink and whatever else. Full disclosure, I have had a hysterectomy since 32 and the little fuppa is still apart of me along with the stretch marks from the weight being up and down. Only since I really started a more focused gym regimen (4-6 days a week) have I started to notice some of my lower abs starting to come back. 

Also my underarm triceps are still flabby, but getting there.
