Today is officially my first day of learning the fat secret! I am on my way to better lifestyle with the help of my good friend/trainer, Stephanie (whom is also a member of fatsecret). I am hopefully on my way to reaching my goal of a loss of 14.6 pounds and a healthy lifestyle. I want to be able to eat healthy food six times a day in small portions and get into the habit of working out on a regular basis. I made the realization that if I continue these bad habits they will only worsen as I grow older so as a baby still, I might as well take charge of my life while I don't have that much to lose. Even though I'm young and people say I don't need to lose weight because I carry it well, I would rather learn a healthy lifestyle before it's completely necessary or until I'm too late. I don't have any issues with my body but I have aquired some extra pounds over the past couple years and my clothes are a little snug and it's very uncomfortable and makes me feel pretty self concious. To reward myself I am going to put $5 in a jar for every pound I lose and for every week that I accomplish my goal I will add an extra dollar. I am excited to see how this goes!
