So I have been problems with hypoglycemia even though I was eating very healthy, oatmeal, yogurt, healthy food....so for the past 4 days I've been eating high protein, low carb and I feel great! I'm not hungry and I rarely have cravings for sugar. I read somewhere that by not eating carbs and getting an insulin response my body will autoregulate my hunger...
