WELL hi fatsecret friends Im so fed up of gorging and feeling FAT! Im aware Im doing it ! I CAN'T HELP IT so today I thought make a decision? do I want 1-- to feel bloated - depresses - eat food I don;t enjoy and keep stuffing food in and be eventually poorly and on oxygen cos Im so fat I may stop breathing when I sleep?
2 or be the person I loved that could wear anything and look good had more energy and felt fit , and young and sexy with a sex drive too, and have people comment on how good I look cos I d lost weight? and enjoy wevery mouthful and have clear skin and love myself again ! SO WHAT HAVE I DECIDED ? I have had 1000 just over and been happy with what I have eaten not deprived myself but not over indulged like I have been doing ! YES SUMMERS ON IT'S WAY AND SO ID MY OLD FIGURE BACK! LOL good luck all xx
