Where does the time go? I sound like an old lady but really, wtf?
Still not losing weight and am behaving rather well. Keeping the sweets to more fruit, less refined sugar. Walking 16-20 miles a week, sit ups, lunging, pushups. I HAVE to get a trainer-that's me-cannot get there without someone cracking the whip. My sister has a trainer 1x per week and is a changed person! She is trading English lessons for training session. I used to go 2 x per week and took a year to lose 15 pounds. It's just the way I am made. I need a very strict, antisocial person-no chit chat-don't wanna hear about your stuff-it's me time baby!
