Bought a pair of ankle boots on Tuesday with good "grippy" tread, road-tested 'em today. Managed to walk approx 3 miles, albeit still verrrrry slow. Now feel starving hungry!!
Each day I am managing to walk a little bit more, so remaining positive that I will eventually regain my pre-fracture mobility, at least that's the plan!
