Today was a challenge. My boyfriend's cousin is in town and he wanted to eat a Lomito sandwich, which is a typical food where we live. Needless to say, it is not a healthy meal, especially because it always comes with fries. I'm not going to lie, there were salads on the menu, but the other 4 people I was with were all going to eat Lomitos, which are really tasty, and I knew I was going to feel deprived if I couldn't have some too. Anyway, I ended up ordering the Lomito, but I only ate half of it. I ate all the fries too, but it was a small portion so I didn't feel to glutinous. Next challenge: Do I eat the remaining half for dinner, or eat something healthier?

My minds telling me no!! But my body, my body's telling me yeahhhh
