No energy. I feel so drained. I am sure it has something to do with my time of the month, but it's still so difficult to function. I took a SEVEN hour nap today when I got home from work. I NEVER sleep that long. It's not like my calories were super low yesterday or I was lacking in protein or carbohydrates.
Yesterday I was craving .. MAJORLY craving salty and sweet. I took a handful of potato chips and a handful of whoopers and mixed them together. It was so super satisfying. I know it was bad for me, but I was not caring at the time. Oh well, I know the reason and that the cravings will pass. It's just going to take a little time.

That's awesome that it wasn't a whole bag of chips and a whole pack of Whoppers... That's HUGE progress! I do remember days before I started watching what I ate where I would eat a whole bag (big bag) of chips, can of Pepsi and 1-2 chocolate bars when I was craving stuff... I think back and am just shocked that I did it, and not surprised at all that I was the size I was!

I didn't go back to read your food journal, but when it is TOM and also when I eat too many simple carbs, I definitely feel the no energy thing. Sweet/salty cravings is STILL my weakness. In fact, yesterday I had one and I mixed a 100 calorie bag of popcorn with 1/2 cup of cinnamon burst cheerios and it hit the spot. Hang in there friend.
