Ro-max, I forgot to list that I also had pepperjack cheese in there. I'm sure my hormones are just fine 😁 Thanks for the tip though - I'll be doing a bit of research for my own knowledge on that topic.

There's a ton of fat in steak (though it unfortunately has a lot of saturated fat), so not sure why Ro-Max made that point. Great job on incorporating all those fresh veggies. Every post you share has that rainbow variety of fresh fruits & veg -- Love it!
