Im just curious, what are your maintenance calories? And on a scale from 1-10 how healthy do you consider your diet and training to be. Lastly how happy are you with your body.

My body seems to maintain at 3500-3700. I'd rate 8.5/10 on the health scale diet wise. Training I'd say at most 7/10 since I don't really do cardio. Im somewhat happy with my physique, I think the day I started being body concious was the last day I'd be truly "happy" with my body.

What you do when you don't feel motivated matters more than what you do when you are motivated.

Maintenance is at 3000-3200kcal now moved that up from 2600 over time or maybe I was just obsessed with staying lean. Diet out of 10 right now o would say 7/10 because I'm currently on a lean bulk so I have to resort to calorie dense foods because my metabolism is sort of quick. But my normal maintenance and even cutting diet I would say 9/10 I do get in the majority of my macros and micro nutrients from whole foods. Training I would say 8/10 I would like to think I have a nice balance of mechanical tension, metabolic stress and muscle damage in my sessions although been at a shocking 6/10 past 2 weeks. 1-2 cardio sessions a week very moderate intensity. Unfortunately as soon as results set in from training that's when body dismorphia starts. For me I've always been the small fat kid and I think no matter how much muscle I build and how much bf I lose that's how I still see myself when I look In the mirror to a degree. I've yet to meet a guy in the gym without a little bit of body dismorphia. I think the main thing that causes it is social media and the less than truthful fitness "influencers". a lot of the time you go through Instagram and all you see are unattainable bodies enhanced by lighting, pump and dare I say air brushing etc.
