Diario de lynnerobb, 15 ene. 15

You know, if I cant shake this addiction to sugar I am never going to loose any weight. Yesterday was a total whomp on the diet day. I ate a 4 pack of reeses cups, a 4 pack of reeses sticks, and an entire bag of lancaster caramels. PFTT. I think I added them wrong in the tracking section, because it looks like not enough calories, either that or my guilt is killing me. Back to the rice and salad diet today.

Yes, sugar is hard. I find that if I give myself an occasional treat that's really a treat, it makes it easier to avoid the stuff that's not even really that good. Like last night we went out to eat and there was this Italian bakery with rows and rows of sugary deliciousness. I got a mini cheesecake (like 2" across) and that was a splurge but that should hold me for a while so I won't be as tempted by crappy doughnuts or candy.
