Yes, sugar is hard. I find that if I give myself an occasional treat that's really a treat, it makes it easier to avoid the stuff that's not even really that good. Like last night we went out to eat and there was this Italian bakery with rows and rows of sugary deliciousness. I got a mini cheesecake (like 2" across) and that was a splurge but that should hold me for a while so I won't be as tempted by crappy doughnuts or candy.
