I have this app on my phone but just realized you can sync it and have it online too, WOW YAY!

Lets see 3 years ago I decided at 222lbs to start eating better, and then shortly there after decided to train for a Triathalon, that year I lost 45 lbs and got quite a bit smaller, then had a few injurys and some down time and creaped up a little, I'm still very active and I work out about 5 days a week at the gym, plus I'll be riding allot more now that the weather is better (horses). My day job involves allot of sitting/ computer work so that doesn't help! I really want to get down quite a bit in weight and more importantly size! I recently stepped it up a notch and cut my calories to around 1200 day (intake- workout that is) I hope it pays off at the scale!!! Wish me luck!

I used to ride horses too! People don't understand what a workout that actually is jeez is it hard! Amazing accomplishment on loosing 30something pounds - keep it going! I think you'll be inspired by a lot of people on fatsecret, I used to only use it on my phone, but I find the online community here to rock way more then my stupid blackberry application. :) Good lick!
