Lets see 3 years ago I decided at 222lbs to start eating better, and then shortly there after decided to train for a Triathalon, that year I lost 45 lbs and got quite a bit smaller, then had a few injurys and some down time and creaped up a little, I'm still very active and I work out about 5 days a week at the gym, plus I'll be riding allot more now that the weather is better (horses). My day job involves allot of sitting/ computer work so that doesn't help! I really want to get down quite a bit in weight and more importantly size! I recently stepped it up a notch and cut my calories to around 1200 day (intake- workout that is) I hope it pays off at the scale!!! Wish me luck!
