Greek yougurt with bran flakes, chia seeds, strawberries and couple of grapes.
Smoothie: 1/2 banana, 1 scoop of whey protein, 2 cups of spinach, 1/2 avocado, 5 almonds, cup of frozen berries, flax seeds, almond milk (w/o shugar) - for 2 portions.
Total - 800 kcal.
Today I'm going to spend a lot of energy 😄
