Despite the rainy weather im feeling amazing today! Ive been on "my own" diet since saturday and im not feeling restricted, im not hungry, Im not constipated, and Ive lost almost 3lbs already! I havent been working out but ive been very busy and physical in other ways so im not beating myself up about exercise. I can see my collar bones coming back! Its nice to actually care about my appearance again ive been dressing nicer and caring more about it and not just laying in PJs when im home. I forgot how much being healthy impacts you as a whole mentally and physically.
