Consume 200 calories less than your RDI (eg. 1800-200=1600), maybe throw in a bit of intermittent fasting, keep your diet at least 90% clean and junk food free, don't eat too little as you will fuck up your metabolism and make you prone to binge eating once you start eating normally. Also, don't over-exercise, it doesn't do as much as you think it does. Unless you're morbidly obese, exercise will only help with toning your body and building muscle as opposed to actually helping you lose fat. Losing weight is more about diet than exercise, if you stick to a mildly strict routine, you'll lose weight. Just don't get discouraged if you don't lose as much as you wanted, everyone's body is different. Little progress is still progress.

At your starting weight, the only way to drop that amount of weight in 2 weeks is if you ate nothing until then (extended fast). Even then, not guaranteed, and not advisable. Definitely can't do it with exercise or water. Rather follow what Zorev advises

I don't know if you've ever seen the program Naked and Afraid - it's about survivalists that get dropped off in like a dessert, swamp, forest etc with nothing but a knife, maybe fire starter and a pot. They have to go build their own shelter, hunt their own food, source and boil their own water, basically try survive with nothing for 21 days. Some eat nothing more than maybe a shared scorpion over that time.......and in general the women lose around that much over 21 days......BUT it's in no way healthy for you, you basically have to starve yourself and your body would let go of your water weight and then muscle weight first, and as soon as you eat again you would gain again. I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but neither mens or women's bodies work that way. In addition prolonged fasting places the body under stress, negatively affects the adrenal glands and generally has the opposite to your desired results over the long term. I'm sorry 💐 I don't know if you have a wedding, event or other reason for setting that due date, but potentially even if you made it you may negatively impact your health 🙁 when you don't have a ton of weight to lose overall, like say 40kg, it also becomes less and less likely

If you really push it you can healthily lose at most about 2kg in two weeks with a 1000 calorie deficit per day. Since it’s only about two weeks you could restrict yourself to mostly dry beans diet and avoid empty calories and a little good quality carbs. The good thing about beans is that they have complex carbs that by themselves burns more calories to digest than most foods. Also, they keep you satiated for longer and gets passed out of your body before they are fully digested and absorbed in your body. Major downside is that they let you pass out gas if you are not used to them over an extended period of time but then again it could be a small price to pay I’m not sure. If you do not manage to overcome the temptation to knock off the 6kg I would highly suggest that you rather aim for 4kg which I think is very aggressive by itself but possible although not recommended but then it depends on the importance of what is at stake. I’m aiming to knock off 15kg is 3 months and been able to lose roughly 1.5kg in the past week hopefully I will be able to sustain at least 1kg per week.

I've been drinking a lot of water and excersizing twice a day and staying in a calory deficit for the last 3 weeks and I have barely lost 4kg. Realistically, do your best, love your body and don't hate yourself if you can't lose all of it by that time. Health and feeling good should always be the nr 1 goal. Sending much love and positive vibes!

Your body type, your metabolism and a few other factors will determine what you can lose and how quickly. Normally, people who used be very athletic bounce back faster than those with a less active history. Trust your body to do what is best for you. You’ve got this.

Unless you have been sedentary, are currently very overweight (definitely not the case) or eating at a very high surplus( I don't think this is the case either), its very unlikely that you can have a healthy 6kg loss in 2 weeks. WA87 and Zorev gave you top advice. I'm sorry there isn't better news. The long game is much more rewarding and the quality of life that comes with it is priceless.Get your fitness up and your muscle mass up and never worry about how a slice of birthday cake might shift the scale, ever again.

I don't think it is possible unless you starve yourself. But it is very unhealthy to lose so many kg in so few days. And even if you succeed, after that you will pick up more than you once were. That is what speedy weight loss does. Please be careful.

There is a very effective keto diet but its not regular high fat keto. Will drop you very quickly if followed to the T but 1. Due to the low fat nature of it, it might disrupt your hormones and cycle 2. You will become hell to live with. 3. Its not advisable to go that radical in such at short time. What I would advise. 1. Fasted cardio in the morning of at least 20 mins. Just a steady incline treadmill walk will suffice. 2. Avoid all animal fats as far as possible and stay off red meat for the timespan. 3. Limit complex carbs i.e. starches up to lunch. Dinner only lean white protein and green / fresh salad. No commercial salad-dressings. 4. No alcohol 5. No processed foods. 6. Replace all salt with Himalayan rock salt. 7. No bread. 8. No dairy. 9. Take a liver supplement like milkthistle to assist your liver in breaking down fats faster. This process will help you tap into fat stores and also help you shed excess fluids.

can only think of crash dieting...if no chronic conditions, just do a water fast for 4 days( did it last month lost 5.1 kgs) water weight mostly but I was able to kick start my weight loss journey after a long plateau and I'm losing weight again. No longer gain weight easily...12 days after water fast only gained 0.8 kgs as last weekend I decided to eat anything I want (meaning no IF) just 3 meals a day with snacks in between last Saturday and Sunday. Before water fasting for 4 days...I would gain 1 kg overnight
