Now that you've joined there's no excuse not to go! It really will be a huge help in your weight loss goals. As for the junk food, i'm right there with you...and i'm not even referring to the classic cheese curls and cookies! When i finally had cheese again for the first time my stomach didn't know what to dod with it. I just forced myself to work out pretty hard and i guess i sweat it off. But it is so true, we've been eating so well for the last few weeks our bodies dont know what to do with the unneccessary extras!
