The Atkins is to restrictive for me and just not my thing. I lost 20lbs just eating healthier from xmas to april, and i only lost 5lbs on atkins after almost 2 months. I know if i did Atkins properly to the book Id lose but its just not my cup of tea and im always tired. So now im just going back to my trying to eat healthier foods and smaller protions and this is something I know i can do for the rest of my life. Set diets are hard for me to stay on after i lose weight but if i dont use a set diet and just be healthier Im sure It'll work better for me.

It is important to find the way of eating/lifestyle that fits you best. If you struggle too much with one plan, you will never be able to do it long term. If the other way was working better and easier to stick to it's probably the better choice for you. Good luck!
