well day 5 and Im still doing pretty good! I didnt realize how much cals were in turkey burgers! Anywho I did like 30 situps 20 bicicle situp thingies, 20 squats and 15 min on the treadmil....doesnt seem like much but im a weakling and need to get back in shape so im proud i did them at all! Woot ME lol
