Diario de oxdrover, 14 may. 11

Went to sleep early last nightl, got up at 12:30 to urinate, and then again at 6:30, ate breakfast. Went back to bed and slept til 8:30 FBS was 120, two hours later it was 126. Actually got some good sleep.

Left off the flax seed as my bowels are moving regularly 4-5 times a day with all I have eaten lately and gassy, so will stay off it for a few days. It does keep the system cleaned otu for sure. LOL at 10:30 there is no edema at all, though at 6:30 there was 1, feel well, and aches and pains minimal.

Cold front moved through and is cold and cloudy gloomy...

Couldn't agree more about the flax, it is truly an answer to anyone's constipation issues.
