I was sad when I made tacos the other night and I opted for just eating a salad (like this) instead of using taco shells/wraps, and omg, I was sad for NOTHING. It was so so good! I look forward to our next taco night for this salad!

Taco salad is one of my favorites and we use Quest Loaded Taco shells too for added protein sometimes.
