I didnt follow Atkins to the T this weekend but i did a whole lot of physical work including waking up early each day so i know i burned a lot of fat and calories. Im exhausted today and really sore. Im curious as to how many carbs I should be allowing myself on OWL Im doing 25 at the moment. Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated.
