That is why I started to just average out my weight. I keep a log of daily weigh ins and average it at the end of the week. This takes into account the fluctuations in weight from one day to the next. Works for me so far. And if that is all you gain thanks to that time of the month you are lucky! I put on nearly 10 lbs at that time. @_@
